Fuel and Vapor Management Systems
Background and Skills:
A. 3-8 years experience in new product development
B. BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
C. Proficient in computer aided design and drafting, Pro/Engineer preferred
D. Proficient in tolerance analysis and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
E. Regularly use engineering analysis and simulation tools such as MathCad, MATLAB, or AMESim to predict performance and design margin
F. Statistical and predictive experience with tools such as DOE, DFSS, FMEA
G. Strong oral, written, and graphical communication skills
H. Strong academic background in mechanical engineering fundamentals: including statics, dynamics, fluids, stress analysis, materials, and manufacturing processes
I. Working knowledge of mechanical lab instrumentation and experimentation methods
